AP High Court Judgement on Scale 2 to 5 - promotional exercise 2011

we are pleased to inform you that Judgement on Scale 2 to 5 case  in favor of employee officers for adding marks for wrong quenstion/answers in 2011 promotional exercise.  Our GICEU-AP class I Secretary as well as NFGIE Jt.Secretary Mr.K S N Murthy individually  filed case in AP High Court against Management towards the same, AP High Court directed management to add 1 mark and promote him as Scale 2 officer, since he secured marks 49.33 in the examination.  In addition,  the court said that all officer scale 2 to 5 should be given marks for wrong question those who were attempt::
Scale I toII              : 4marks  (3 in HRM- 1 in Fire)
Scale II to III & IV : 3 marks in HRM
Scale IV to V          : 4 marks in HRM

Fresh list to be prepared for officers who have passed and exercise should be completed within 2 months. Judgement copy will be received in next week.

As per Chennai High Court directives, the HO management has decided to call 14 candidates of Reserved Category employees for interview under 13.2(South Zone) which will be conducted at Chennai on 16th May,2011()  Hope management will release the final list after interview process completed.

Employees can view their personal data like PF balance/Outstanding loan/Gratuity/Nomination details/MBS/LTS etc. through HRMS for which all category employees(including FTS/Substaff/RC)should be log in through CWISS(Portal).  At present their user ID is SRNo and Pass word is nia1234. 

DA increased by 19 slabs w.e.f 1.5.2011

HO management released circular for up gradation of  all Part-time sweepers as Full-Time sweepers for which invited data from BO/DO where PTS are working.  Please see that all the information should be submitted to concerned Regional Offices without any negative factors.
 

We came to understand that United India Insurance Co. has issued circular in regard to the LTS by enhancing the kms. from 2000 to 3000 each way.  Hope our NIA management may approve the same in next board meeting tentatively 11th May'11 as per our NFGIE GS message.  Also,please note that the officers Chief Manager and above interviews will be held on 22nd May'11().

Our parent body NFGIE reconstituted  working committee its BGC meeting held at Hyderabad on 2nd and 3rd April'2011 under aegis of GICEU-AP  for which around 150 delegates were attended from all India. 
Mr. Vasanth H Khade of HO Mumbai has unanimously  elected as Gneral Secretary and Mr.T K Satish, Ernakulam as Working President.
